Join us for our 6th Wellness Sunday of 2026, and this time we’re making a special dedication to our brave and determined Comrades Marathon 2026 runners as they prepare to take on The Ultimate Human Race! 🏅

Come and be part of a morning filled with fitness, fellowship, encouragement, and community spirit as we send off our Comrades athletes in style.

A family that eats together stays together🤞🏾

Our Comrades sabbath fellowship will be accompanied by a heart meal. Join us as we break the bread and eat together.

Anyone is welcome to join. Meal plan is as follows
R150pp. Vegetarian and vegan friendly meal choices.
