It was a chilly day out on the course, but that didn’t stop 44 golfers from taking part. A fantastic turnout and well done to everyone who braved the cold!

Tammy has 12 years experience guiding patients to healthier and more active lifestyles and we are delighted to have her join the SGT Gym team.

Her practice, TLM Bio, focusses on post-operative rehabilitation, sport injury prevention and performance. She specialises in be-active assessment and treatment techniques to correct imbalances and improve posture.

🎾🍓 What a fantastic day was had by all at our Kloof Country Club Wimbledon Event!

Members and guests embraced the spirit of Wimbledon, enjoying the timeless tradition of strawberries and cream while soaking up the wonderful atmosphere on the tennis courts. From great company to plenty of tennis conversations, it was an afternoon filled with smiles, laughter and fun.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a memorable one.
