Well alot has happened since the last time I created a post...
But tonight on the 30 March 2022 I had my last class... After opening Fitness Fun Studio on the 20 April 2015, I have closed my doors.
Owning and running a gym has been a dream come true. I have had many ups and downs. I have gained clients and I have lost clients. I have made friends and I have built relationships. And I have learnt. And I wouldn't change a thing. I am so grateful for every client that has walked through my doors and I thank everyone for their support and their love.
There are many reasons for closing the doors but hopefully they wont be closed for long. I will keep you updated if any thing changes.
To my clients that have walked through my doors and who have stayed for a long while... I am super proud of you, of your hard work and your endurance. Keep going! You have the ground work and you will always have my support.

Hi guys... Fitness Fun Studio offers you different gym classes to get you in to shape, toned and fit. The classes are aimed to all fitness levels and are full of fun and safe for all ages. Personal training is also offered where you will work on your personal goals in fitness and in health.
As 2021 slowly starts to fade and we begin to welcome in 2022 Fitness Fun Studio would like to thank everyone for their support and love.

β Latissimus Dorsi (lats or wings): these muscles are the largest muscles from the back. It is responsible for the "V-taper" appearance. β β β β β β β β β

β Trapezius (Traps): these are located between your shoulder and neck. You can notice them more from the frontal view. It goes all the way down to the middle / lower back. β β β β β β β β β

β Rhomboids: this muscle is located in the upper part of the back underneath the trapezius. β β β β β β β β β

β Teres major (the little lat): this muscle is small but still important. It is located underneath the lats. β β β β β β β β β

You canβt eliminate stress completely, but you can reduce it with meditation, yoga or deep relaxation. These activities activate pathways that promote weight loss and health.β£
