It’s our 30th birthday, and we’re serving simplicity at its sweetest with this 3-Ingredient Yoghurt Cake! 🍰 Easy to make, hard to resist, and made with love.❤️ Keep reading to get baking – it’s all down here ⬇️

RECIPE:
Prep time: 5 minutes 
Cooking time: 1 hour
Serves 8

INGREDIENTS:
300 g (1 ½ cup) Fair Cape Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
4 eggs
75 ml (5 Tbs) cornstarch
TOPPING SUGGESTIONS: 
Fresh fruit
Honey
Maple syrup
Powdered sugar
Shaved chocolate

METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Spray a 15 cm round spring form pan with oil and line it with parchment paper. Scrunch parchment paper so that it’s more pliable and fits the shape of the pan.
3. Add the Fair Cape Double Cream Plain Yoghurt to a large bowl and whisk in the eggs until the batter is smooth.
4. Sift in the cornstarch. Whisk the batter until the cornstarch is incorporated and the batter is smooth.
5. Transfer the batter to the prepped pan. Bake for 1 hour, or until the top is puffed up and golden brown.
6. Remove the pan from oven and let the top to deflate within a minute.
7. Allow the cake to cool for 30 minutes inside the pan.
8. Transfer the cake to the fridge. Do not remove it from the pan during this process. Cool the cake in the fridge for at least 2 hours, allowing it to set.
9. Remove the cake from the fridge 15 minutes before serving.
10. Remove cake from and pan and top it with some berries, honey, maple syrup, powdered sugar, or shaved chocolate.
