This is what you need to tell yourself every day!
Work is tough, we get home and we sit down... Don't sit down or take clothes with you to work and run from the office if you can.
Otherwise find a running buddy so you dont' have an excuse to not run!

๐๐ฝ Why not try a 400m session. If you can, go to your local track or try and find a flat road or even a rugby field. (I always try and run on a field somewhere)
๐๐ฝ Speed sessions makes you fitter, increases the range of movement in your joints, makes you more comfortable at all speeds, and it will ultimately help you to run harder for longer.
This is a general session and NOT specific to anyone. Always warm up and run to your abilities.

It's easy to put your shoes on and go for a run / walk... But pushing past your limits needs a bit more than just strong muscles. Healthy mind and healthy body!

Remember it's important to rest. If you're a newbie runner then take a day or 2 off between runs for your body to recover and get use to what's going on ๐
And if you're an experienced runner then make your rest days either one day of no running or make that day your "chill run" day... And easy run.
