And that's a wrap on MSC Week Regatta 2026! ⛵🎉

A huge congratulations to Blue Tango 2 on an outstanding 2nd place finish, and to the Godutch 2 MSC 2026 Crew for securing 7th place! 👏

An incredible achievement for the East London Yacht Club (ELYC) sailors on their very first appearance at MSC Week Regatta.

Well done to every skipper, crew member, and supporter who made the week such a success.

Pinch and a punch - it's the first of the month!

🗓July... seventh month of the year, second month of winter, average coldest month in the southern hemisphere and named in honour of Julius Caesar...

🌞😎 Durban didn't get that memo re coldest month however. Durban - the warmest place to be! 😎🌞

🗓 July for us of course means - MSC Week....

We have started to welcome our visiting sailors. This morning the team from Isivunguvungu cruised in and are already pottering on MSC Donna Mia.

We look forward to welcoming the teams from Argo FY, Blue Tango 2, Esmeralda, Go Dutch 2, TNT Racing and WUKU.

Giving a warm welcome to the out of towners are Chaz Hansen, who is crewing on ORC entry, CFM II, and Minenhle Ngcobo, skipper for the L26, PYC Challenger.
