Settlers Sprints Regatta at the Thomas Baines Nature Reserve St Andrew’s College and The Diocesan School for Girls are excited to welcome rowers from across the Eastern Cape to the beautiful surrounds of the Thomas Baines Nature Reserve outside Makhanda Our rowers are gearing up for a thrilling day of competition on the pristine Settlers Dam where the best rowers from across the province will be put to the test in a series of events orientated around close, exciting racing. Wishing our Eastern Cape Rowing Coaches a fantastic tour to Germany!

Hosted by the Lower Saxony Rowing Association, this exchange brings together Eastern Cape clubs to share expertise and grow the sport of rowing in our province.
The trip will also include a visit to the Night Sprint Regatta in Leer, taking place in Oldenburg, Germany.

We can't wait to welcoming our coaches from each corner of the EC rowing cimmunity back with new skills and insights as we prepare for the upcoming season.

This time on the newest developing Rowing venue on the Nahoon Dam hosted by Selborne College.
A morning 1500m Sprint in a Qualifying time trial format to be seeded into Finals and a Longer 5000m race for the bigger crews in the afternoon.

With Regatta season fast approaching: PLease find atatched Notices for the Buffalo Regatta hosted by ELBA with exciting changes to the format opening the field to a variety of new options as well as the ECRA Indoor Rowing Regatta hosted by St Andrews.
