Adventure Shells products have been designed and tested according to stringent civil engineering standards for a range of load combinations including wind, snow and various live loads. Structures are based on the ‘igloo’ concept, where the panels themselves are used to robust the frame and provide rigidity to the whole structure.

The structure is made of extruded PVC panels. These are manufactured to a thickness of 70mm, a width of 410mm and a variety of lengths. The panels have a hollow center and are strengthened with vertical metal ribs. Panels are connected to each other using “smart connector”, which allows quick and efficient construction.

In order to expand their load capacity and span, the panel can be reinforced with steel ribs of different thicknesses. This gives our structure its superior versatility. Conduits for electricity, water and insulation are accommodated inside the panel.
