Let's Hike - East London, SA

Three places available on the Fish River Canyon hike starting 20 August. (Leaving EL 18 and returning on the 26)

Cool and breezy start to the day but the sun soon warmed things up and the wind died away. The views were magnificent as always and whales were spotted too!
A great day out after a week of being cooped up indoors. Lots of new faces too!

Some great photos of the club’s recent hike on the Otter Trail - they finished earlier this week and dodged the rain.

Susan who’s one of our club members started the Camino Frances on Sunday.
We wish her well - she’s done a lot of training with us over the last few months.

A lovely outing to Umtiza Nature Reserve in some fine weather.
The large group size unfortunately didn't allow for everyone to hear the guide and his explanation of the value of the plants and trees en route.

Sunday's hike to Thoboshane Falls in good weather looked like fun!

What an incredible day on the trails at Emerald Vale. The sunshine made every view pop, and there’s nothing quite like that fresh air to clear your head. Truly a perfect day for a hike.
