Beacon Bay Tennis Club

Beacon Bay Tennis Club hosted their
Annual HI-Q Mens and Ladies Doubles Tennis Tournament.

It was a pleasure to have all six tennis courts fully occupied and busy throughout the day with a total of 98 matches featuring 64 players across league and social divisions.

The tournament showcased exceptional talent, teamwork, endurance, competitive spirit and sportsmanship throughout the day. Spectators were treated to intense rallies, and remarkable team performances.

The tournament concluded successfully despite the near-disastrous weather conditions of rain, lightning and thunder.

Men’s First League Doubles Results

The Men’s First League Doubles division showcased high-level tennis, with powerful serving, quick net exchanges, and impressive team chemistry.

Men’s Second League Doubles Results
1st Place: Mtesh Mfenyana & Vuyo Vuyisa�2nd Place: Angelo Del Fava & Dylan Goldhill�3rd Place: Malvory Isaacs & Pat van Dyk

This division showcased competitive and closely contested matches, with narrow margins.

Men’s Social Doubles Results
1st Place: Mark Rooskrantz & Zane Arends�2nd Place: Alwyn Smith & Rich Jacobus

The Men’s Social Doubles division showcased spirited competition and strong partnership play, adding great energy to the tournament atmosphere.

Ladies League Doubles Results
1st Place: Jenny Milne & Ashley Schulze�2nd Place: Cindy Taylor & Debbie Hill�3rd Place: Likhona Njokweni & Selah Matross

The Ladies League highlighted tactical play and excellent court coverage. The finalists produced exciting rallies, with steady control throughout the tournament.

Ladies Social Doubles Results

The division combined competitive tennis with excellent camaraderie, reflecting the inclusive and spirited nature of the tournament.

🎾Hi-Q Dynamic Fuels Beacon Bay Tennis Club’s Men’s and Ladies Tournament 2024 🎾

November 30th, We proudly hosted a 2 day Lawn Tournament at the St Andrew’s Croquet Club at East London Golf Club.

A round robin format was played on four courts that were specially marked and painted by members of the club.
