🚨 CHECK YOUR ICE DETAILS! 🚨

If something happened to you at parkrun, would we know who to contact?

Take a minute to log in to your parkrun profile and check your ICE (In Case of Emergency) details. Make sure the name and contact number are correct and up to date.

It could be one of the most important updates you make to your profile. ❤️

Check it. Update it. Then get back to parkrun! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

What a beautiful morning for our event! Sunshine, smiles and great company made today’s parkrun extra special 🌞

A big thank you to everyone who turned out and helped create such a friendly, energetic atmosphere.

A special warm welcome to our visitors Neil and Kirsten from eSwatini, it was so wonderful to have you join us. Thank you for finally making it. We also enjoyed collecting plastic bottle caps for our visitors from Gilloolys parkrun, Graham and Lesley, thank you for bringing that bit of fun and community spirit with you. Lovely to see Christina back after some time away, we missed you and it was great to have you with us again. Welcome to our first-timer, Themba, we hope you enjoyed your first parkrun and look forward to seeing more of you. Great to have had Ray join us as he was passing through.

Well done to all our participants today. See you next Saturday and don't forget to bring a friend!
