Join us on Saturday, 25 July for the HYROX Conditioning Test at F45 Training Kloof. It's free for ANYONE to attend (members & non-members) but booking is essential.

Establish your baseline, challenge yourself, and see how your training is paying off. Then keep coming back to beat your score.
