Sharp minds and blades...
A privilege to play amongst the beasts. ππͺ
Thank you for the awesome lessons, sharing energy and the joy of practice.

I hear it's cold out...
I feel it too.
And I let my own experience of things inform me, while listening to all the other inputs.
Such is how we can build and nurture our own sense of what is more or less applicable to us.
Self trust is a golden thing. And something to constantly check in with and question; against the outside world, as well as the inside world.
Don't ignore it. Face it with patience and curiosity.
Where these meet, is more likely where you'll be.

If you're looking for answers, or better yet, deeper questions...
If you need guidance
Inspiration
Perspective
Ambient Silence
If you require to be lost
Or found
Or seen
Or heard
If you are uncertain,
Or seek the truth...
Then look to nature.
Be in it. Move with it, and learn from it. π

Train for more than you,
Move beyond yourself,
Be there for others.

"Vulnerability is not a choice. Vulnerability is the underlying, ever-present and abiding undercurrent of our natural state.
To run from vulnerability is to run from the essence of our nature; the attempt to be invulnerable is the vain attempt to become something we are not and, most especially, to close off our understanding of the grief of others.
More seriously, in refusing our vulnerability we refuse the help needed at every turn f our existence and immobilise the essential, tidal and conversational foundations of our identity. "
-David Whyte, from Consolations.
