I am warning property owners against using Hybrid Liquid Rubber SA (owned by Hendrik) and their contractor Dylon (Phoenix Industries). A formal legal dispute are underway.
What they did wrong:

* Defective Work: Paid an 80% deposit (R18,630). After light rain, the product washed off completely, turned black, and the roof still leaks.

* Inflated Billing: Quoted for 150m². The contractor invoiced for 171m², but physical measurements proved they only worked on 76m².

* Unfinished Work: Claimed to have waterproofed the cottage roof. Physical inspection and their own project photos prove they never touched it.
