Inter-Active Indoor Cycling Studio! Come join us for a fun & intense 45 minute Indoor cycling session!!! Class times are: 6am, 8am, & 6pm.

Sessions are either R30 per class, or R250 for the month. Chose between a virtual instructor (Using "My Ride" technology) or do virtual cycling routes with the help of your own personal qualified spinning instructor. Alternative times can be negotiated. However, bookings are preferred. (Ten spinners per/session)
