โThe structure of an asana cannot change, as each asana is an art of holiness in itself. But when the sadhaka performs, he does his best at it. One has to study the structure of each asana, arithmetically and geometrically. As arithmetic is based on addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, one has to add proper action in order to have proper adjustments; minus the unwanted, unnecessary and wrong actions by avoiding underdoing or overdoing; multiply the intensity of awareness and divide and distribute the energy evenly. In order to adjust geometrically, we have to measure the dimensions of asana so that we fit properly into it. Each asana in its methodology has certain measurements of its height, length, width and girth. Again there is a direction to the movement and action of the body which has to be followed properly. One has to analyse and realise the real shape and form of each asana so that it is expressed and presented properly.
Asana may be angular or triangular, straight or oblique, circular or semi-circular, round or oval shaped, upright or inverted. One has to note all these points in each asana by observation and study and then act in the field - the body - for the knower of the field - the Self - to perform in its pristine glory. It means total involvement of the whole body with senses, mind, intelligence, consciousness and self. One has to be careful not to create room for emptiness and forgetfulness in the known and the unknown bodies. One has to use the weapon of ego or โIโ consciousness carefully so that it neither gets inflated nor loses its well. This weight becomes submissive at the right moment.โ

โI came with an empty hand, I will go with an empty hand. Today the empire of yoga has grown by the grace of God and I have learnt also not to feel sorry if something happens. Time and circumstances played on me and I leave the future also to time. The new things, new visions which I introduced in yoga must not fade. Yoga is a growing subject and I'm sure that it is going to grow for several centuries to come. I may be called a legendary figure, which matters nil for me. But I like that these new introductions to this yoga does not die as I have blown the cosmic life into it. As life is dynamic, I've changed the static yoga into a dynamic yoga, and I hope that it will always be ascending with a geometric progression. I have got trained thousands of yoga teachers. Some teachers are not only direct pupils of mine but their pupils too have become yoga teachers. As all are my children, my greatgrandchildren who practice my method are also yoga teachers. Generations after generations are following it. You see here I have got students from four generations coming still. Even in London, if you make enquiries, there are three generations continuing since 1950s. Probably the quality of the blood, the genes, what we speak of today, I think my yoga has changed the quality of the genes in each individual who practises since years and I think, I feel that my method of yoga can never have an easy death. And that's why I'm happy.โ
