Garden Route Frisbee Golf

More and more people are getting out an taking advantage of the growing interest in Disc Golf. As developments happen, we will be reporting and illustrating everything.

The move is on with Disc Golf for our city AND our region, with more activities coming into play and meetings increasingly causing open doors to be favorably enabling what we have been working at for so many years. Certain people are randomly playing as well at a local park and our times of sharing with government officials is bearing fruit. More coming up soon.

A quick word to state that I had meetings last week about the development of Disc or Frisbee Golf and even a phone call today which is taking the lead we promised for 2022. We are moving in the best possible way and will keep persevering until the light breaks through for our own facility to emerge from the obscurity of the past couple years. All your notes in support of this will be duly acknowledged and recorded as material for handing over to the authorities and I thank you in advance.

Welcome to 2022 and my theme for this year is breakthrough upon breakthrough in 2022. I say that because we have been doing some stirring among front-line people during the holidays and somewhere soon, we will get our Disc Golf breakthrough. A couple sites are being investigated and a third site would be the ideal, but we are content to have something great which can stimulate further development. I will be less secretive going forward, I promise.

Certain developments have not gone as hoped for in 2021, but we are still negotiating for a new venue and we trust and pray that speedily, this will be settled.

A quick update to inform you that I will soon be visiting some Disc Golf courses in other parts of the world and when back will seek to motivate and provide incentive for the re-introduction of Disc Golf here in the city of George, South Africa. I am on a mission about this and there is no turning back.

Covid-19 has occupied the attention of the world for a considerable period now, but as soon as this loses its power we will be back with more about Frisbee golf in George as we are indeed working on something and cannot wait to see how this all rolls out. Thanks for your patience.

A quick update is appropriate as we have renewed dialogue about the development of a new venue for Disc Golf or what can be called Frisbee Golf. Please keep checking in as it will be up and away miles better than anything we have accomplished until now and much easier access as well. Hang in there for more coming soon.

We have not had a posting here for a considerable period of time because we have not had a venue to play at in the past year, but in 2020 we are working to change that scenario and when accomplished we will be back in touch on this page.
