Ladies, Spring is around the corner...and you don't be working out on the last week of August. Here is your chance now....go and register at The Muscle Room for ladies training, every Wednesday at 6pm - 7pm.

Good news :)

The gym is open in the mornings again ;), 6:30 am to 7:00 pm and once again Sports Academy George has done good in the community. We employed a young guy, Ntsika Emmanuel to manage the gym full time. He is doing very well and enjoying every moment.

Now ladies, :) every Wednesday is a Ladies Fitness day. One of our netball coaches, Danel Wenzel will be taking sessions from 6 pm till 7 pm. So please feel free to pop into the gym and register :) Let's get ready for Spring ;) :)

Morning people

We are VERY excited to announce that we are going to host Ajax Cape Town for a training camp in July. They will come alongside us to visit some of our weekly Sports Academy activities, assist at a training session and will play in fundraising match v's the NMMU Madibaz PE at Outeniqua Park on Saturday 12th July. Please share this exciting event with your friends.
