Pretty in pink, strong for a cause 💗
This October, the F45 George community is showing up for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Our members trained in pink to stand with everyone fighting breast cancer, those who've won their fight, and the families walking alongside them.
Strength isn't just what we build in the studio. It's what we carry for each other.
Ladies (and gents), check yourselves. Early detection saves lives. 🎗️

What a day at Victoria Bay! 🌊
Even though the weather delivered some challenging conditions, the Billabong competition brought out some seriously talented surfers, and Sky Lens Media was on the gound capturing a few insane moves on the waves.
