Taking your baby to the clinic for their ?, Here’s how you can prepare for your next clinic visit:

🟡Make sure your baby is wearing something that allows for easy access to their upper leg and upper arm.
🟡Bring your baby’s favourite toy to use as extra support.
🟡Comfort your baby during vaccination by asking the nurse or doctor to give them a shot while your baby is breastfeeding.
🟡Try your best to remain calm. If you are stressed, your baby can pick up on that, too. If they cry during their immunisations, comfort them.
🟡After your baby gets their shot or vaccine, they will react, usually with a fever and mild redness around the area where they got their vaccine.

📘Remember to always bring your Road to Health Booklet (ikhadi lasekliniki) every time you go to the clinic.

The training is equipping Health Promoters with skills to strengthen the tracking and tracing of patients who have interrupted treatment, while improving how health services are brought closer to communities and ensuring patients receive the care and support they need.
