I am an independent filing clerk, I do any type of filing, archiving, boxing, and transfer of all indexed files into your data base with means to excel spread sheets, so locating an old file is simple!
How does it work? Seeing as I love filing, give me a call, and I come to your premises to evaluate the work, and give a free quote! I sort, staple, bind, box, label and index into data base, saving you time, money and depression! I also shred the old papers, so no data is being removed from your premises, so confidentiality is guaranteed, you have the choice of me taking it for recycling, or you can do it yourself.
Files can be sorted according to:
• Alphabet
• Case numbers
• Dates
• Months
• Numbers
You name it, ill file it!
