CrossFit Trooper North is an Affiliated CrossFit located in Hartbeespoort We incorporate high intensity training with Olympic weight lifting and gymnastics.

At its core, functional fitness is a form of fitness training that mimics “real life” situations, with exercises and movements close to what you do outside of a gym. Scaled to every individuals capability to prepare you for every day real life situations, becoming the fittest you have ever been.
