As you may have noticed, a new boom gate has been installed at the entrance to our upstairs parking area. This has been implemented to ensure better parking availability for residents and customers visiting the Waterfront.

If you are dropping off or collecting your bike, please inform the attendant at the boom gate, and they will grant you access. Kindly note that no parking fee will be charged for quick drop-offs or collections.
