RACE FORMAT
7 workout stations - each separated by a 500m run.

CATEGORIES
• Men’s Doubles
• Women’s Doubles
• Mixed Doubles

RULES
• Movement standards must be met
• No rep = no count
• Complete all prescribed work
• Doubles stay together during the runs.
