Nimble Ninjas. 4-6 years gross motor activity with a Martial arts discipline.

Shuto-uke. The 'spare hand' must be a table to place a HOT cup of coffee on. If they manage to keep the table still with no spilling, they survive. If not, then they end up like TRex, in the corner doing pushups till their arms grow.
