So proud of every single one of my teammates and everyone who poured into this False Bay Rugby Club 3rd Squad squad this year. The players the coaches the supporters who showed up week in week out. This is what happens when a team truly buys in.

To go through an entire season without dropping a single game takes heart discipline and brotherhood. We built something special this year 💪

Season’s done but this is just the beginning. Can’t wait to see what we build next. 🙌

Raced it as an athlete this weekend, judge it as a Head Judge on other days either way Hyrox never stops teaching me respect for what these athletes go through. 💪

The life of an amateur golfer 🏌️‍♂️ packing the clubs, chasing birdies, losing a few balls, and making memories along the way.

What an incredible weekend away in Hermanus with the .wackers Golf Group. Great golf, even better company, plenty of laughs, and a few shots we’ll remember (and a few we’d rather forget!).

Golf has a funny way of keeping you humble, but weekends like this remind you why we keep coming back. Beautiful courses, good mates, and time well spent.
