Surf Fest set to make memories in Jeffreys Bay.

JBay Surf Fest hits Jeffreys Bay from 11–20 July with world-class surfing, live music, sport, and lifestyle events across multiple venues.

The iconic JBay Surf Fest returns to the shores of Jeffreys Bay from 11 to 20 July 2025, promising ten exhilarating days of surfing, music, sport, and lifestyle entertainment.

One of the most anticipated events on South Africa’s winter calendar, the Surf Fest brings together professional athletes, music lovers, families, and outdoor adventurers for a coastal celebration unlike any other.

Anchored by the prestigious Corona Cero JBay Open, a Championship Tour event on the World Surf League calendar, the festival will see the world’s top surfers descend on the legendary Supertubes break.

Surf action can run from 07:00 to 17:00 with the World Surf League making a daily call on whether the waves are good enough to run the event.

The Corona JBay Open is open to the public at no charge, with live screenings, commentary, and food trucks in the Supertubes Park. The legendary Casa Corona is always a great place to catch all the action in the water if you dont feel like chilling on the beach and soaking up the vibe.

Multiple events taking place all over Jeffreys Bay

But the surf is just the start of the Surf Fest. Each day features a vibrant line-up of events across multiple venues, including live DJ sets and local culinary experiences. Sport screenings like the Springboks playing against Italy and Georgia, family activities, and sunset beach entertainment are all on offer for festival goers this year.

The Surf Fest will also activate at venues all over Jeffreys Bay, offering MTB and trail runs, a Funduro, fishing competition, touch rugby and beach volleyball. Don’t miss the Jiu Jitsu Take down that will be happening at Mentors Plaza as well this year.

There will even be a surf event at Kitchen Windows for up and coming groms who will be inspired by watching local hero’s like Matt McGillivray and Jordy Smith take on the best surfers in the world right here in Jeffreys Bay.

The Oakley X Over is back this year and will bring sporting legends like John Smit, Butch James and Dale Steyn to town. This unique crossover challenge brings together elite athletes for two action packed days of surfing at Lower Point and golf at the prestigious St Francis Links.

Music lovers can look forward to electrifying performances by top local and international artists, including Zakes Bantwini, Dino Moran, Dean Fuel, and Niskerone.

The popular Park Off Music Fest series promises unforgettable nights of music, dancing, and winter energy right on the Jeffreys Bay’s iconic beachfront.

Festival organiser Ari Kraak said, “This year we taking the Surf Fest to a new level with more venues, more events, and a wider variety of entertainment. It’s not just for surfers—it’s for everyone in the community and beyond.”

Whether you’re drawn by the waves or the lifestyle, the JBay Surf Fest 2025 offers something for everyone.

We sell biopesticides! So what! And why should you care? Here are a few good reasons...

Biopesticides have several merits over conventional chemical pesticides. They’re:
- highly effective in small amounts and decompose quickly without leaving problematic residues
- target specific, and therefore potent enough to replace synthetic pesticides for pest management
- environmentally friendly
- able to reduce the use of conventional pesticides as an integral component of IPM programs

Let’s discuss ways in which we can work with your farm to reduce chemical inputs and deal with your pest problems in a sustainable manner. Contact us here or on our website.

We can vouch for

Organic Fertilisers do not take from the soil, they give back, boosting the plants AND soil through Nutrient Loading. Sustainable farming is all about giving the soil back what it needs to survive and thrive over many years. Please take 5 minutes to read exactly how.

Chemical fertilisers kill essential microorganisms in the soil.
Once the microorganisms are killed, the nutrients become locked into the soil and unavailable to the plants. So, to get the same yields, year after year, farmers have to put more and more chemical fertilisers onto the soil.

That starts a vicious cycle, where the soil becomes more and more depleted.
But it is not a matter of switching 100% to organic Fertilisers. You can have a blend.
With the right fertiliser strategy, which was a mix of synthetic and organic fertilisers, you can reduce the harmful effects of chemical fertilisers by introducing organic fertiliser into your fertiliser strategy and still maintain or even increase yields, all while putting essential nutrients and micro and macro elements back into the soil.

Soil regeneration is all about putting organic material back into the soil and unlocking the essential nutrients that become locked into the soil and unavailable to the plant through chemical fertilisers.

Chemical fertilizers are like putting harmful drugs in your system, to get the SAME effect you need to take more and more, whereas, with organic fertilisers, you put the same amount in each year but the nutrients, organic matter and micro and macro elements build up in the soil, which means you get high yields, healthier crops year after year.

You need the right fertiliser strategy to wean your soil off chemical fertilisers. It takes time to reintroduce the organic matter back into the soil and reduce the harmful impact of chemical fertilizers. But it is not too late, increasing the quantity of organic fertiliser over 5 years until you replace the chemical fertilisers, will mean that the soil comes back to life.
Sustainable farming is all about giving the soil back what it needs to survive and thrive over many years.

Guano is a perfect core ingredient for organic fertiliser. It used to be called "white gold". Because of the bird's unique diet. But we realised when we introduced other core elements and micro and macronutrients we had a perfect formula because putting these ingredients onto the plant, helped introduce the right mix of nutrients onto the plant, giving it an immediate lift but also, they helped unlock the nutrients that chemical fertilisers locked into the soil.

The essential raw ingredients are pre-digested by the birds and this means that they are partly broken down GuanoBoost goes through An Accelerated Fermentation process, which further breaks down the Guano and essential ingredients. This means that they are available in the right form, immediately when the plant needs them. That is why so many customers see such instant results when they apply GuanoBoost.

All the elements in GuanoBoost exist in the specific form that plants require.
It does not have to go through any process of breakdown and is immediately available to the plant.

What this means is that the plant goes into a state of Homeostasis because it has all the elements in the right quantities and ratios absorbed. In addition to this GuanoBoost feeds the microorganisms in the soil which stimulates the microorganism population, which in turn breaks down the unavailable forms in the soil to make them available to plants.

GuanoBoost unlocks nutrients in the soil + GuanoBoost gives immediate nutrients to the plant.
What results does this give?
- A healthier plant.
- Higher yields.
- Helps plants survive cold, heat.
- Quality produce.
- Prolonged production cycle
