New to triathlon?
Perfect.
You don’t need to be fast.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to start.
Everyone begins somewhere — and here, you don’t do it alone.

Huge respect to every athlete who toed the line at Ironman South Africa this Sunday 💪
From the early morning swim to the final steps down that red carpet… every single one of you showed grit, discipline, and heart.
You didn’t just race—you proved what’s possible when commitment meets courage.
Whether it was your first finish or your fastest yet, you are now part of something bigger. A community that understands the grind, the sacrifice, and the reward.
We see you. We’re proud of you. And we celebrate you.

‼️UPDATE on Cameron‼️
Upon realising yesterday afternoon that he is not going to complete the 1800km cycle before the bike cut off at 2pm today, Cam was heartbroken, but had made peace with it and still wanted to ride until cut off.
The DECA race director spoke to him this morning and said that he has come so far and that she would be willing to present Cam with an UNOFFICIAL certificate if he completed 1440km of the cycle before 2pm today.
Then complete 337.6km run in 7 days. This will add up to 8 full Ironman distances.
This will NOT be an official IUTA (International Ultra Triathlon Association) race finish, but it will be a massive achievement for Cameron. Completing 8 x full Ironman distances in 14 days!!!
Let’s go Cam, you’ve got this 👊🏼💪🏼
