Thursday morning Pilates with this group of young swimmers.
In this picture, you can see the girls doing the "Superman Pose". This strengthens the erector spinae muscles and other surrounding muscles. By strengthening these muscles, you are able to support your spine, promote good posture, and reduce risk of injury.

Meet Cara ๐๐ป
Our kids and evening adults Pilates instructor. ๐คธ๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ง๐พโโ๏ธ
Cara is a qualified primary school teacher and has been teaching since 2015. She has always had a love for teaching, sports and fitness and has a passion for creating lifelong fitness and healthy lifestyles for her students. ๐ค๐ค
During the pandemic, Cara saw the huge need to help her students deal with their anxiety, depression and lack of physical activity. This is what led her to taking mindfulness and counselling courses as well as becoming a qualified Pilates instructor. โจ
With Cara's energetic personality and her passion for Pilates and helping people, she is definitely an asset to our team. She is excited to work with you and your children and to get those long forgotten muscles strong again. ๐ช๐ป
