All Rounder Finisher

Maintaining a lean body has always been my body goal. I maintain that through a lot of cardio. However, as seasons change one starts developing desire to gain muscle and I think I’m heading that direction (gotta pump in those heavy soon 😅)

In these workouts, my aim is to showcase a steady balance in how one can do home workouts and build strength. In this way, the time you engage yourself in heavy training you have the basics of how to maintain posture and balance at the gym or anywhere.

Try these workouts at the comfort of your space, spending at least one minute in each exercise for 4 times with a 30 seconds rest. It’s all sweats 🥵😅🙏🏿

Push-Up Combo

One of the most effective core workouts one can do when combining exercises, which is pretty much what I do is push ups- To gain strength and also hit the core.

I have lost a lot of muscle and weight over last two months, because I couldn’t train and not being on any product intake plays a role in that. Hence these workouts are more focused on getting strength more.

Try them out, spending at least 30 seconds on each exercise and rest after having done them all in one take for 1 minute. It is intense.

Back Lunges Attack- Full Circus

I train with the intention of rapidly building muscle. Importantly, cutting core while at it gives me utmost results. These exercises help enhance a strong balance on one’s body, especially in activities like climbing, walking or running for that matter- anything that requires full body control.

Try these workouts in the comfort of your space, with at least a minute on each three times with a 30 seconds rest.

Upper Body- “High Flyer”

Effective training when building muscle require workouts that focus on core, and for me attacking two or more at every exercise helps me build muscle and strength. In this way, simple everyday things like carrying heavy stuff becomes much easier.

Try out these workouts, spending a minute on each exercise for at least three times with 30 seconds rest.

Heavy training often requires one to finish off with exercises that help stretch your body. Check out these exercises and try having a minute on each.

One of the prominent challenges that most, if not all of us are facing is the battle of the mental strength. Even though many may often crack this whole concept of the mental fitness, it is a crucial aspect of an everyday life that requires one to be always be mindful of or strive for.

Inevitably, we all have a way of dealing with mental issues, and for me it has been through fitness/training. This is a space where we work with what we’ve got, creatively coming up with workouts that are going to push one’s limitations, helping others to train at the comfort of their own spaces.

We’ll also be sharing content related to how one may consume supplements for any related body goals they might have, hence the product placement is the work we want to get into as well.

This may seem like a beginning of a lot of things but it’s really been a form of how I get by through a lot of things I go through. However, it’s a beginning of changing a few’s mindset, try and impact others’ lives through fitness.
