Join us in the Orlando East community and get Fibre up and running in the area and maybe then the powers that be will listen and bring our areas up.
The only solution currently is LTE & wireless broadband which is horribly expensive to our communities. We need all residents and businesses in the area to band together before they take advantage of us! 5 Rand a gig or 149? That's the difference in some cases!

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly
The Good: Finally there is hope that we've been waiting for as I am a resident of ward 30, I have found preorders available on the mweb site --> https://www.mweb.co.za/fibre. Furthermore, ward 29 has received its rollout which is currently underway
The Bad: We, unfortunately, do not at this time have Vumatels support as they have tried to get approval from the elected Ward Councilor off which to date he has not given any feedback and is not willing to allow the Service provider into our Hood.
The Ugly: There are factors contributing to the delayed fibre rollout by service providers in our Hood as we have people who do not reside in our hood but have authority to allow and deny services available everywhere else.
But there is a way- show your support and continue to show interest as that will show how serious we are about getting affordable internet connectivity.
Much peace love & happines
