How to Program It:
Frequency: 2–3 times per week (ideally after an easy run).
Volume:
Holds (Planks): 30–60 seconds.
Reps (Bridges, Dead Bug, Bird Dog): 10–12 per side.
Quality > Quantity. If you start to sag or wobble, the set is over. Focus on a "braced" feeling, as if someone is about to punch you in the gut!
