There is a way to move as you practice a Taijiquan form . The body of a dragon comes to mind, a string of pearls in the spine. A reservoir in the lower belly , the lower Dantien full, overflows to the body.

“
Softness and gracefulness in the arms like clouds , connected to the lower dantien.

The dragon flies through the sky ,
trees roots grow deep,
the wheel of the middle between the 2 turns ,
being nourished by the tree roots ,
the dragons 🐉 flowing through the Qi of the sky.

In the middle you are and in the middle you move , turning , flowing, spiraling.

Enlightenment is not far away
