I wish for all women to throw away their scale if it takes away from their happiness in the slightest way.
You are supposed to enjoy your life!
It's become a passion of mine to educate women on how fitness and weight loss really works. Forcing yourself to exercise just to lose weight and fit into a size 6.
DOES NOT WORK!
Fitness is about finding what gives you peace when you do it. When you do something you like, chances are pretty good you'll stay motivated.
We all come in different shapes and sizes, so you should be doing what YOUR body needs.
I believe that a holistic approach is the best way to achieve your goals:
Train hard.
Rest enough.
Eat well but leave room for the delicacies of life.
Work towards a goal and HAVE FUN!
Training just for the sake of training and hating it is pointless. It should be enjoyed in order for it to be one of the best tools to clear your mind.
Find what works for you and set some goals.
