Cervical Cancer Awareness | Energising Our Screening Efforts
Cervical cancer remains a major global and local health challenge.
Globally, it is the fourth most common cause of cancer-related death in women and it remains one of the leading causes of cancer death among women, driven largely by late diagnosis and the co-existence of HIV.
In line with the WHO 90–70–90 cervical cancer elimination strategy, MHC Mobile Clinics is recharging our preventative health programme by with a cervical cancer screening programme to strengthen early detection and access:
90 – HPV vaccination for girls
70 – Screening of women using a high-performance HPV DNA test
90 – Timely treatment and care for those with positive results
Early detection saves lives l Access saves lives l Action saves lives
📍 Visit a Mobile Clinic near you or speak to your healthcare provider to get your screening.

🌱 We Carry Them Along. Because Their Future Depends on How We Support Them Today
Every child holds potential big dreams, bright minds, and the strength to grow into leaders of tomorrow. But potential needs nurturing. It needs access to care, support, and environments that allow them to thrive.
In South Africa, nearly 1 in 5 children face limited access to healthcare due to distance or resource constraints.
That means many grow up fighting battles they should never have faced alone.
At Mobile Health Clinics Foundation, we step in so they don’t have to walk that journey unaided.
We bring mobile healthcare closer to schools and communities, ensuring that every child has a fighting chance at wellness, confidence, and possibility.
💙 Healthy children grow into strong adults. Strong children build strong communities.
When we support them, their future becomes our future.

✨ Community Health Collaboration at Moriting Primary School ✨
We are proud to have partner led with Marothodi NPO in a joint outreach initiative at Moriting Primary School, bringing essential health services directly to young learners.
This collaborative event focuses on early detection and prevention. Our multidisciplinary team will be conducting:
• Developmental milestone assessments
• Vision screening
• Hearing screening
• Oral health and dental checks
Early identification of developmental or sensory challenges is critical for a child’s long-term learning, confidence, and well-being. Through this partnership, we aim to ensure that every child is seen, supported, and given the best chance to thrive.
Thank you to the school leadership, the Marothodi team, and our dedicated healthcare professionals for making this possible.
Together, we’re building healthier communities—one child at a time.
💙🧡
