Finished these two. Top 1070 and bottom 5160.

At last I am doing it. Building a 22ton press. This is the beginnings of the frame. 200 x 200mm I-beam 53kg/m.

Today we baked some sourdough olive ciabattas.

Another one done. 5160 blades and twisted re-bar with bottlebrush handles.

Not only knives. Made some nanas. Bacon biscuits with blue cheese and home made sweet chilli sauce.

And another. 3 of the same for 3 customers. These seen to be popular but it gets boring making the same knife over and over. Next project is something completely different.
