Join us at Attune Studio for an immersive Aerial Yin Yoga + Sound Journey — 90 minutes designed to slow everything down, soften the body, quiet the mind and give your nervous system space to reset. 🖤
🌿 WHAT IS AERIAL YIN YOGA?
Aerial Yin combines the slow, meditative qualities of traditional Yin Yoga with the gentle support of an aerial hammock.
Rather than using the hammock for acrobatics, we use it as a supportive cocoon — allowing you to surrender your body weight, explore gentle traction and remain comfortably supported in longer-held poses.
The practice may help to:
✨ Release deep muscular and fascial tension
✨ Create space through the hips, spine and shoulders
✨ Encourage gentle spinal decompression
✨ Improve flexibility and mobility
✨ Support circulation and body awareness
✨ Calm the nervous system
✨ Reduce physical and mental tension
✨ Create a beautiful sense of grounding and stillness
No aerial experience is necessary. This is about softening, not performing.
🎶 THEN WE MOVE INTO SOUND…
Once the body has settled, you’ll be guided into deep rest while surrounded by the resonant tones and vibrations of singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments.
Instead of needing to concentrate or “do” anything, you simply lie back in your hammock and receive.
The sound journey is designed to encourage a deeply relaxed, meditative state — helping the mind become quieter while the body settles into rest.

✨ SCHOOL HOLIDAY FUN IS TAKING FLIGHT! ✨

School’s out, and Kids Aerial Yoga is flying through the holidays at Attune Studio! 🤸‍♀️💗

From 23 September – 6 October, we’re running Kids Aerial Yoga Monday to Thursday from 11:30–12:15 — the perfect way to keep little bodies moving, minds engaged and energy channelled during the school break.

Aerial Yoga is so much more than just FUN! Our classes help children develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and body awareness, while mentally encouraging confidence, focus, creativity and trust. And there’s something pretty special about overcoming a challenge, learning a new aerial pose and realising, “I did it!” 🌟

☕ Parents, this one’s for you too! Drop the kids with us while you head over to PARQUE Restaurant for a relaxing coffee, breakfast or a little quiet time. We’ll keep them moving, flying, laughing and having fun — and hopefully hand you back a calmer, happier little human! 😄

And the holiday fun doesn’t have to end when class does! PARQUE has generously given us a R50 playground voucher for every child who joins us, which can be used towards their incredible kids’ playground. 🛝🎉

What a way to spend a Saturday! 🙃🔥

Yesterday, Attune Studio had the absolute pleasure of hosting The Yogi Paige – The Queen of Handstands – for our Master the Art of Upside Down Inversion Workshop, and what an afternoon it was!

Six incredible yogis joined us for three hours of learning, laughing, falling, getting back up, challenging fears and discovering just how much fun life can be when you turn it UPSIDE DOWN! 🤸‍♀️✨
