Open Learning Group was proud to participate in the Eskom Men's Health and Wellness Event, an initiative dedicated to promoting men's health, wellbeing, and personal development.

The event provided employees with access to valuable information, support services, and resources through Eskom's strategic partners, creating an opportunity to raise awareness around the unique challenges faced by men. Attendees also enjoyed an interactive Trivia Challenge, which encouraged engagement and learning in a fun and meaningful way.

Some achievements are years in the making. 🎓✨

When Aletta Phaleng enrolled for her BBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, she was working full-time, raising a family, expecting her second child, and stepping back into higher education after more than ten years away from studying.

Along the way, she earned promotions, relocated provinces, graduated Cum Laude, and was recognised as an OLG Top Achiever.

Her story is a powerful reminder that it's never too late to invest in yourself, and that growth begins the moment you decide to take the first step.
