This makes it easier to exercise without getting too hot or dehydrated.Therefore that makes NOW the best time to get active even if it is the first time.It allows for long workout without the risk of over exertion which in hot temperatures can be hazardous to health.
Many risks that are there during the hot seasons are not in effect now,an advantage for beginners who have an opportunity to make maximum progress against minimum risks.
However it would still be sensible to workout within certain temperatures and avoid extreme weathers,if it can be helped.If not then working out in extreme weathers should be done wearing appropriately insulated clothing to avoid exposure.

Most people chop garlic and immediately throw it in a hot pan, or swallow it like a pill. This way, you get no benefits and might even get indigestion.
The good stuff in garlic isn't there until it's needed. It's like the garlic has a defense system that kicks in when it's hurt. Inside each clove, there are two parts: alliinase and alliin. They need to mix to make allicin, the stuff that makes garlic smell strong and helps you feel better.
When you crush or chop garlic, these parts mix and make allicin. But allicin is delicate. You need to wait 🔟 minutes⏰ after crushing it before you cook it or eat it. If you don't, the heat or your stomach will destroy it.
