While our Little Champions were enjoying a well-deserved holiday, Coach Lizzy was busy investing in something very important... becoming an even better coach for her wrestlers! 💪

I'm incredibly proud to share that I recently attended the United World Wrestling (UWW) Level 1 Coaching Course in Pretoria, where I successfully completed and passed the course.

This achievement means that I am now officially: 🏅 National Level 1 Wrestling Coach 🌍 United World Wrestling (UWW) Level 1 Certified Coach ⛑️ Certified First Aider 🤼‍♀️ Protea Wrestler

I firmly believe that learning never stops. As a coach, it's my responsibility to keep growing, learning, and developing so that I can provide the very best coaching experience for every child who steps onto our mats.

Every course I attend, every qualification I earn, and every skill I develop is not just for me—it's for our Little Champions. My goal has always been to create a safe, professional, fun, and inspiring environment where every wrestler has the opportunity to grow in confidence, skill, and character.

To all my amazing parents, thank you for trusting me with your children. Your support allows me to continue investing in my own development so that I can give even more back to every wrestler in our program.

Our final day of the Little Champions Holiday Bootcamp was the perfect celebration of everything our wrestlers achieved throughout the week. From giving their all on the mat to encouraging one another and proudly showing off everything they had learned, every single child finished the Bootcamp as a champion.

The highlight of the day was seeing the excitement on their faces as they received their Little Champions Bootcamp Medal. 🥇 Every medal represented courage, hard work, perseverance, and the willingness to keep trying—qualities that make every one of these children a true champion.

To our incredible wrestlers... we are so proud of each and every one of you. Thank you for your enthusiasm, your laughter, and for making this first-ever Bootcamp such a huge success.

To our amazing parents... thank you for trusting us with your children and for supporting them every step of the way. Your encouragement means the world to us, and we are so grateful to have such an incredible Little Champions family. 💛
