Last Thursday at Morningside Country Club- 4 full greens of Madalas - wonderful facilities, friendship and some serious/ enjoyable bowls played - great to have Protea bowling great Jason Evans present as well.

Now that the finals of the Gauteng Open are done time for the Madalas do what they do best. Play Bowls.

After round 2 of the Madalas Trips. Some excellent bowling and some great results

You know you are doing something right when your organization attracts the best bowlers in the district.

Every chapter has players who are either current district players or past district players or players knocking on the district door.

The Pairs has been completed and here are the results.

One of the concepts developed by Madalas is a competition that reflects the bowlers ability and participation. Competitions are held over a full season and points are allocated to each. It’s referred to Road To Number One.

The end June standings are very close with only 9 points separating the top 4 and only 4 points the top 2.

Too other clubs if you want to encourage participation this is a great way.
