Hi Everybody! We’re excited to announce that our registration for Senior Youth Camp is officially open please find details below:
‼️REGISTRATION IS STRICTLY ONLINE VIA THE LINK PROVIDED‼️
Important Registration Guidelines:
âś… Individual Registration Only:
�- Registration must be completed individually for each attendee. The automated system will capture each person’s details and generate a unique ticket with a QR code. This helps ensure efficient on-site check-in, accurate attendee identification and proper capacity control.
- If you are registering on behalf of a group, each person must be registered separately. You cannot add more than one ticket at a timeto the cart.
For example, if you are registering 5 people, you will need to complete the registration and checkout process 5 separate times.
- Please use each attendee’s own email address during checkout, as their ticket and unique QR code will be sent directly to that email address. The QR code will be required when checking in at the event.
Please carefully follow all registration prompts and ensure that the information entered for each attendee is correct.
âś… Excluded Payment Methods:
ďż˝- Please note that direct bank deposits will not be accepted as a payment method for registration. Any payments made by direct bank deposit will be automatically refunded.
Please complete your registration and payment using the payment options provided through the registration system.
‼️‼️We would also like to remind the church that this camp is strictly for senior youth members: Ambassadors (ages 16–21) and Young Adults (ages 22–30).‼️‼️
Finally brethren, timely registration ensures adequate preparation time on our side and the efficient running of the camp. We therefore encourage all senior youth to register promptly to secure their attendance.
