Gill Sieling is a certified Personal Trainer, (HFPA in 2004) founder and owner of Way to Wellness, Bootcamp for Women and Men.
Bootcamp is for Women and Men and entails
• 2- 3 x 1 hour sessions per week
• Equipment – exercise mats, skipping ropes, therabands, medicine balls, swiss balls, kettlebells, TRX bands and much more....
• Nutritional and motivational education and advice
• Monthly fitness tests and body evaluation
• Group challenges and competitions
