Just some pictures from our awesome "Strikers Cricket Creates Character" Camp-Out. It was great fun and good to see the boys and their parents really bonding and enjoying all the activities and the fantastic atmosphere.

From tug o war, to hand soccer, to the morning run, to the driving range, to the match. These were just some of the incredible activities we did with the boys and they really had so much fun.

Huge thank you to all the boys and their parents who attended and made this event possible. Also a huge thank you to all the parents that assisted the coaches in one way or another, the help was much needed and much appreciated.

Be sure not to miss out on our next camp-out which will be advertised when we get closer to the time.

These players stood out with regards to their statistics in the recent 2016 Winter League T20 Tournament. The whole U13 squad (both the A-side as well as the Development side) were collectively coached by Coach Tanya, Coach Lofty & Coach Mars.

Please note that Coach Mars was not in any of the photographs taken as he was the master of ceremonies for the evening. Coach Tanya unfortunately could not make it to the Awards Evening, and that is why he is absent from the photographs as well.

Also, it must be noted that both Jarrod Siddall and Sean Jackson achieved a merit award for their batting, but unfortunately were not present to collect their awards.

Joshua Williams was awarded a certificate of excellence for his batting, and Jared Rubly was awarded a certificate of excellence for his bowling, but both were unfortunately not present to collect their awards.

Joshua Williams was also recognised as the Best Batsman of the Tournament for the U13 development side, but was not present to collect this award either. He scored 128 runs at an average of 32 & a strike rate of 130.

Huge congratulations to all the coaches, the players and the parents for a really enjoyable tournament, and I think the awards evening capped off the tournament nicely.

These players stood out with regards to their statistics in the recent 2016 Winter League T20 Tournament. The U11 Strikers squad for this tournament was coached by Vincent Herold (Coach Hero).

It must be noted that Mohammed Mitha achieved a merit award for his bowling, but unfortunately was not present to collect his award.

A little fun whilst informing us all about the upcoming cricket camp

Entrance to the hall for the Strikers Cricket Academy Awards Evening for the Winter League.

These players stood out with regards to their statistics in the recent 2016 Winter League T20 Tournament. There are players from both Strikers U9 squads, namely Kohli's Strikers (coached by Donovan Robertson) & De Villiers' Strikers (coached by Derick Ndlovu).

Happy Easter to all our Strikers boys, Mom's, Dad's and all our supports. To those traveling stay safe on the roads and bring our cricketing stars home safely.
