Swimming in winter? Absolutely. 💦❄️ The secret is keeping your little swimmer warm before and after their lesson.

Here are 5 simple tips to make winter swimming easy:

🏊 Arrive in warm, easy-to-remove layers
🏊 Use a swimming cap to keep your hair dry while swimming, and pop on a beanie afterwards to keep heat in
🏊 Don't forget to bring a towel and dry off completely, straight after the lesson
🏊 Change into dry, warm clothes before leaving
🏊 Bring a warm drink for the car ride home
