Looking for a moment of calm; a chance to pause, reset and come back to yourself?

Join us at The Gallery, Steyn City, on Saturday, 10 October at 9am for a beautiful morning of healing, movement and stillness.

Set among Petya Bartosch’s Healing Hands exhibition, Petya will share insights from her own healing journey, beyond the boundaries of Western medicine. Discover wisdom from traditional healers in West Africa, medicinal plant knowledge from the San of Namibia, and the healing power of movement and way of life among the Mundari people of South Sudan.

Coco Pilates will then guide you through a soothing mat Pilates session, followed by a beautiful sound bath to bring the experience to a peaceful close.

Your morning includes:
- Welcome juice on arrival
- A unique opportunity to hear from Petya
- A guided Pilates session with Coco Pilates
- A relaxing sound bath
- Fresh fruit cups/sticks after class
A water station

Are you ready to become a pilates instructor?

From the moment you enrol, you get immediate access to 250+ hours of physio-led online learning. This isn’t surface-level content, you’ll go deep into anatomy, biomechanics, programming, injury considerations, and pre & postnatal training, all designed to prepare you for real clients.

Then you step into your MAT & REFORMER face-to-face immersion (REFORMER 27-28 September) where everything you’ve learned starts to make sense. You’ll practice teaching, refine your cueing, and apply your knowledge in real time - not just watch and follow.

You graduate as an internationally accredited instructor who actually knows what they’re doing – confident in a room that isn’t “perfect bodies,” but real people with injuries, limitations, and different needs.

Body Form Education is physio-led and clinically informed, which means you’re not memorising choreography – you’re learning how to think, adapt, and programme properly.
You’re given clear frameworks, structured progression, and real reasoning behind everything you teach.
