Hi my name is Liezel! Pilates Instructor, Assisted Stretch Therapist and Studio Owner.
Coming from a background in dance, movement has always been part of my life and once I found Pilates, everything fell into place.
My studio, Pilates Addict, was established 8 years ago. Myself and my amazing team of instructors specialise in private personalised sessions for each individual’s need.
With over 15 years experience I am more passionate than ever to help my clients grow in their Pilates practice, helping them discover the power of mindful movement, feeling strong, centred and in control.

Meet the team
Amber - I began my Pilates journey in high school after a back injury sparked my passion for fitness. Alongside studying, I taught golf, further fueling my interest in wellness/fitness. I hold a BA in Psychology and Education from TUKS and an Honours in Counselling Psychology from UNISA.
In 2018, I earned my comprehensive Pilates certification, followed by a BASI certification in 2021 and a certification in Pilates through pregnancy and beyond.
My Pilates philosophy focuses on a progressive approach, empowering clients to understand their bodies and enhance their well-being through mindful, intentional movement.
