We have all the equipment that a Pilates studio has to offer with the expertise and experience to match it. All trainers are fully qualified
At On-Core, The centre of Pilates, we offer everybody a one hour individual class at no cost. This gives you the opportunity to experience the vibe of the studio and to meet the instructors. The instructor will explain what Pilates is about in a practical one hour session and try to capture the essence of the Pilates technique. After you have completed this hour, you can decide what appeals to you on how you like to work out, your schedule and how much you want to spend.
