Muzi Mosese will soon represent South Africa for Judo (refer to post on 03 March 2023). The 2 exercises in this video is challenging Muzi's stability and balance. The physioball is deflated a bit and half filled with water. The unpredicted flow of the water in the ball, and having to try and controll it, is what's making that exercise so difficult! Muzi is training with Sport Scientist Elmie Labuschagne and has been training at the FSSSI for more than 10 years! #fsssi #fsas #judotraining
