THE GIRLS AFTER A FRIDAY MORNING PUMP!!!
The part I love most about what I do is creating a space for people to connect deeply with their bodies.
Lifting weights is about more than just looking good.
Through this process you create a sense of self, you find your inner warrior, you become a stronger, more centered, DELICIOUS version of yourself.
It’s a deep process. If you are truly committed you will face all your fears and have to look at all your ‘stuff’, this journey is ONLY FOR THE BRAVE.
You have to keep adapting. Just like the mind, which needs continuous reprogramming so does your physical training, your body and your mind.
We are here to EVOLVE.
Create an objective. Have an idea of the outcome you’d like.
